As you may be aware, there has been considerable feedback on the change to annual recertification fees within the certification window NBC-HWCs were operating under. After reading through all of the comments and talking within our organization, we would first like to acknowledge that we made a mistake in not honoring the three year recertification period ($150/3 years). We regret this decision and if we could turn back the clock, we would.
Recertification fees are still being changed to an annual $75, however this will not go into effect until your cohort is up for recertification. You can check your next renewal date by logging into your online profile.
If you had already paid the $75 annual fee in 2022, we have emailed you your refund options. We are processing refunds and updating accounts throughout this week.
CE Trackers will continue to be due every 3 years.
