Dear NBCE Examinee,

Due to Santa Clara County’s Mandatory Directive on Travel, all persons traveling into Santa Clara County, whether by air, car, train, or any other means, directly or indirectly from a point of origin greater than 150 miles from the County’s borders must quarantine for at least 10 days after arrival.

For examinees taking the January Part I exam at Palmer – West Campus, if you traveled more than 150 miles from the County’s borders, you must quarantine for at least 10 days upon your arrival into Santa Clara County before being allowed into the Palmer – West Campus test site. This includes examinees traveling to Santa Clara County, as well as examinees living within Santa Clara County who traveled for the holidays.

If this travel advisory applies to you and you will not be able to test, you will need to let us know as soon as possible, via email, and we can move your appointment to a future administration at no additional cost to you. If a refund is preferred, please email your request to support@nbce.org. The refunding of your exam fee will close your application and you will have to re-apply and pay for a future administration.

Please do not travel if you are sick. We encourage you to regularly check for exam updates on mynbce.org/examinfo. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this difficult time.

We wish you and yours all the best and stay well.

Sincerely,
Norman E. Ouzts, Jr., D.C.
