The purpose of our member spotlight is to recognize our members' achievements across all stages of their careers and to highlight the diversity of our membership. As you know, the NBMBAA Cleveland Chapter seeks to make a difference in our community. In order to achieve our objectives, we need your help. You are the NBMBAA and your leadership, direction, and effort is not only wanted, but needed to take the Chapter to the next level. We invite you to join in the planning, direction, and decision making for the Chapter through service on a Chapter Committee. The Chapter has a variety of committee roles available that will help you make a difference in our community while also helping you gain invaluable leadership experience that can lead to the next step in your career journey. Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT) launches in October. Become a LOT member today!
The Leaders of Tomorrow® Program is a comprehensive leadership development program for active high school students. The program's curriculum is focused across four developmental areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Preparation, and Career Preparation. The program offers participants resources, knowledge and opportunities in the way of mentoring relationships, scholarships, and internships. The LOT program kicks off in October and the enrollment period for LOT membership has opened. LOT membership costs just $15 for the year and provides access to the LOT program, scholarship opportunities, and additional resources from the NBMBAA.
