Technology Initiative - PHASE 3

Phase 3 of our Technology Initiative Plan is in process. This phase of our plan involves the redeployment of o ver 1600 laptop computers to various users. Parents are learning Computer Technology too!

Last month, the Roosevelt School PTO hosted a computer workshop for parents. The sessions offered, gave parents the opportunity to learn the basics about computers, how to monitor their child and connect to social media, how to download free learning apps to encourage their child's learning, and how to navigate through the school's website among other computer learning topics.

We're rapidly expanding our social media presence here at New Brunswick Public Schools and encourage all of you to follow us on  Twitter and  Instagram , while liking us on  Facebook.

Your doing so will help expand the district's online presence, increase our visibility within the community, and also help you keep up with developments in the district.

Your online posts are an extension of the classroom and school community,  so there can never be negative remarks about students or colleagues. I look forward to seeing you online.
