Free Drive-Up COVID-19 Testing & Mask Giveaway The Mid-Carolina Area Agency on Aging, a program of Mid-Carolina Council of Governments, in partnership with Cape Fear Valley Health and Hospice and Goshen Medical Center/Cape Fear Valley is offering a free drive-up COVID-19 testing and mask giveaway event on Wednesday, October 21 from 9am until 1pm. This event will be held at Cape Fear Valley Home Health, 3400 Walsh Parkway, Fayetteville, NC 28311. Free Mask Drive-Thru Giveaway The Mid-Carolina Area Agency on Aging in partnership with the NC Family Caregiver Support Program is offering a free mask drive-thru giveaway on Saturday, October 31 from 10am to 2pm.
