DPP Funding Opportunity
Scaling the National Diabetes Prevention Program in Underserved Areas
The American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Prevention Team is looking for a new affiliate site to join their effort to expand the Diabetes Prevention Program in underserved areas. This effort is supported by a 1705 cooperative agreement funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The new affiliate site should be able to demonstrate their desire and willingness to develop a lifestyle change program that targets an under-enrolled population, such as the Hispanic/Latino population, men or Medicare eligible individuals.
