Agent Advisory Team

We’re excited to introduce your NC Grange Mutual Agent Advisory Team, (AAT). This is an initiative aimed at fostering agency and carrier collaboration and supporting mutual growth.

The purpose of the Agent Advisory Team is to provide a platform where ideas are exchanged, industry trends are discussed and ways to enhance our products and services are crafted out.

At meetings throughout the year, your AAT will discuss areas like product innovation, claims processing, client engagement, underwriting, and new resources that can support our agency partners.

We believe that our Agent Advisory Team will strengthen not only NC Grange Mutual but also our network of agents to help us all achieve sustainable and profitable long-term growth.

Home Office - Lunch Time Staffing

Based on feedback from your Agent Advisory Team, beginning January 2^nd our NCGM staff will stagger their lunch times. This will allow us to answer your calls between 12:30 and 1:30 Monday-Thursday, rather than leaving us a message or waiting for a call back.
