In the study, workforce skills were the most important criteria to site selectors, followed by workforce development programs, transportation infrastructure, ease of permitting and regulatory procedures, and state and local taxes.

Businesses are seeking locations with the greatest prospects for success, which is why growing and maintaining a business-friendly environment is our primary focus. Not only will these businesses bring job opportunities to our residents, the taxes generated by these companies also help lower local taxes. That's a win-win for everybody!
