Statewide Technology Award Winners Announced
During Live Awards Gala
This evening, NC TECH, along with Presenting Sponsor Cherry Bekaert, honored the 2021 NC TECH Awards finalists and winners at the Raleigh Convention Center. The NC TECH Awards recognize organizations and individuals for demonstrated excellence and innovations in technology and business. The event is expected to nearly 600 attendees this year.
“Year after year we continue to see a high level of excellence and innovation from the technology community in North Carolina,” said Brooks Raiford, NC TECH’s president and CEO. “We’re pleased to highlight such a diverse mix of companies and leaders at this year’s Awards event.” Each award recognizes those who have made significant contributions over the past year to the tech sector, community and state.
After a nomination period earlier this year, finalists and winners were chosen in a two-stage review process, led by the accounting firm Cherry Bekaert, in partnership with an independent selection committee. 2021 will be Cherry Bekaert’s sixth year as presenting sponsor of the NC TECH Awards.
“Every year, we continue to be impressed with the caliber of companies that apply for and achieve the highly sought-after NC TECH Awards. The Cherry Bekaert team is proud to participate in the selection process and sponsor this event which honors innovative and inspiring people and companies throughout the state of North Carolina. We congratulate each finalist and winner,” said Cherry Bekaert Partner and NC TECH Board of Advisors member Megan Hutchinson.
