February 13, 2026

Dear NCA Families,

It's hard to believe that we have come to the midway point of February! We have enjoyed another good week at NCA, and we have some important updates to share with you:

(1) Virtue This Month: Responsibility

"I will do my duty and accept the consequences of my actions."

This virtue statement is read-aloud each morning for our scholars. In addition, through our literature and history curriculum, our scholars are learning about practical examples of individuals taking responsibility for their actions.

(2) NCA Summer Camp

Give your child a memorable summer experience by registering for NCA's 8-week summer camp! This camp is not just child care - it's much more. Our camp is designed to engage our campers and keep them active all day.

Summer camp will include: arts and crafts, sports, science, themed-weeks and themed-dress days. In addition, each camp week will have a special activity tied to the theme. Some examples include: Olympic-style games, water sports, science experiments, arts and crafts projects, and special on-site activities each Friday.

We keep our camper-to-counselor ratios low on purpose, to ensure that your child has a great experience, and our parents can feel confident that their children will be supervised by our experienced staff. We have limited spaces remaining for several weeks, so please don't delay in enrolling your child here.

(3) NCA's End-of-Year Celebration - May 22nd, 12:30 - 2:30 PM

For the first time, NCA is hosting a BIG end-of-year celebration for all scholars, staff and parents to attend. On May 22nd (noon release day for scholars,) we will transform the NCA field into a carnival-themed celebration. Please save the date now; more detailed information will be coming soon. We hope that you'll plan to celebrate the conclusion of another great school year with us on May 22nd!

(4) NCA Open House - March 21st, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

We are asking that you invite friends and families who are looking for a virtuous learning environment for their child, to attend our upcoming Open House. We are looking to grow our school community and welcome new Patriot families for the 2026-27 school year, and you can help us with that goal. This is a Kindergarten-12th grade open house, and families can register for this event, by using this link. Thank you for your support and assistance.
