Statewide Scholarship Opportunity for

Senior Student-Athletes


Dear Parents of Seniors,


The State of Florida is now accepting applications for the 2026 Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Team, a prestigious scholarship and recognition opportunity for outstanding senior student-athletes.


Each honoree selected will receive a $1,700 scholarship award along with a commemorative medallion from the FHSAA. From the 24 statewide recipients, two Scholar-Athletes of the Year, one male and one female, will be announced at the Florida Dairy Farmers Academic All-State Awards Banquet each June. These top honors include an additional $4,600 scholarship and a trophy.


To be considered, all required materials must be submitted to the Athletic Director, who will select the official nominees for our school.


Application Requirements

Students must be prepared to submit the following:

  • Unweighted GPA
  • Athletic participation history
  • Student government and/or non-classroom activity involvement
  • Community service activities and total service hours
  • Student Essay (ready to upload)
  • Essay Prompt (250 words or fewer):

Reflect on how you’ve balanced academic excellence and athletic commitment. What challenges did you face, and what did you learn about yourself?


Important Eligibility Criteria

  • Each school may nominate two (2) female and two (2) male student-athletes
  • Nominees must be graduating seniors
  • Minimum 3.5 unweighted GPA
  • Must have lettered in two sports during both junior and senior years


Examples of eligibility:

  • Baseball & Cross Country (junior and senior years)
  • Swimming & Lacrosse (junior year) and Swimming & Tennis (senior year)


We encourage all eligible seniors to take advantage of this outstanding opportunity and submit their information promptly.
