NCACC Youth Representative Address Board

Franklin County 4-H youth Holly Thornburg will be representing Franklin County at the 118th Annual Conference of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) in Pitt County in August. Holly addressed the Board of County Commissioners and shared her plans to attend the conference.
