March in the Cultural District
The winter weather is still hanging around but there are some great events to enrich your life this month in the district. There's Mini-Golf at the Morse, a Celtic Celebration, Community Peace Meal, the weekly Farmers Market and more.

Call to Artists 2019
The Natick Center Cultural District and the Town of Natick are excited to announce the 2nd "Call for Creatives" to propose public works of art and design in Natick Center. 

Selected finalists will receive an award of $500 for design concepts and up to an additional $1,500 for fabricating and installing selected proposals (the maximum award granted will be $2,000 for design, fabrication and installation of a selected concept).

The deadline to apply is May 13th, 2019 at 12:00 pm . Finalists will be selected by the end of June. Projects must be installed by September 27, 2019. Please visit HERE for all the details and instructions for submitting to the Call.

Annual Fundraiser
This year the Natick Center Associates Annual Fundraiser on April 6th will be "An Evening of Culture" and featuring some amazing cultural talent from our community! The event begins on with a cocktail hour from 7-8:00 pm and performances at 8:00 pm which is being held at the Walnut Hill School's Delbridge Family Center for the Arts.

Tickets are $60 per person and there sponsorship's available. Get your tickets today HERE!

Mini Golf at the Morse
Putt away those winter blues with Mini Golf at the Library! On March 1st and 2nd, the Morse Institute Library will transform into an 18-hole mini golf course with greens and holes winding through the stacks and down the stairs. this will help raise funds for a new Bookmobile!

Mini Golf After Dark (21+ event)
On Friday, March 1st come to the library’s After Dark Mini Golf Fundraiser, $35 per person. Food is included in the price of your ticket. Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company will be on site selling selections from their taproom! A $5/person mini-escape room will top off the event to make your Friday night!

Family Fun Day Mini-Golf - On Saturday, 3/2, j oin us all day from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm featuring $5/ person mini golf, plus a free Family Fun Zone and kids movie marathon!

The Human Family Dance for Joy is back! It will take place on Saturday, March 9 at 2:30 pm at the  Common Street Spiritual Center.

Also featuring, The Natick Drum Circle!

This is a free event but a $5, per adult, suggested donation is appreciated.
Peace Meal
On Sunday, March 10th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm y ou’re invited to join other Natick families for a vegetarian potluck dinner at Morse Institute Library. All are welcome. Meet neighbors from all backgrounds and get a taste of the remarkable diversity of our town!

Peace Meal is both a gathering, and a celebration. By bringing people together over a shared potluck meal, we are weaving a stronger, more connected community. Please sign up HERE!

Celtic Celebration
The  Metrowest Symphony Orchestra  will present a celebration of Celtic Music, featuring the Mendelssohn Scotch Symphony, and Celtic music by Peter Jay Pezzino and guest Celtic musicians on Sunday, March 10th from 2-5:00 pm, at the Natick High School Auditorium.

Family Days at
AnnaRose Boutique
It's fun for the whole family on March 9th & 10th at AnnaRose Boutique!

On March 9th at 5:00 pm for Moms and on March 10th at 1:30 pm for Dads there will be FREE fun things to do, give-away's, crafts for the kids, a stylist for custom hair braiding and refreshments!

Classes Offered at Five Crows
Learn something new at Saturday workshops available at  Five Crows Gallery and Handcrafted Gifts  in March and April! They offer classes in such techniques such as watercoloring, needle felting 2-D art, and painting. Your chance to learn with a local artist!

ArtWeek
April 26 - May 5th
The Natick Center Cultural District is a proud partner of ArtWeek again this year, bringing many new and exciting events to town. There will be events featuring local artists, a one-of-a-kind jewelry making night, and instructional art events when business, food and art join together!

Boston Marathon Runners!
Ashley and Monica will be running the Boston Marathon for the Cultural District and the story begins with two energetic women who met and became friends at Orangetheory Fitness in Natick Center. Add in some personal goals, big ideas and then a challenge between friends and you have the Ashley & Monica Team of 2019!

We're so incredibly grateful to these ladies for their time, dedication, wonderful spirit and willingness to run the marathon for the district!

Farmers Market
The Natick Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 9:00-1:00 pm indoors at the Common St. Spiritual Center. It features local farms with fresh fruit, vegetables, local vendors with bread, bagels, pastries, unique crafts and more!
