Word From Our Director
"If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself."  Henry Ford
I couldn't have predicted when I joined the NCCPA team at Mendocino County Office of Education that it would lead me here today. I am truly honored to have been selected to lead this endeavor into its next stages. As we look back, we can celebrate our successes, evaluate the inefficacy and design a future.

It began with a purpose; all students prepared for college, career and life. My interest in education also began with a similar purpose.  Likely, it is similar for many of you. The growth and development of this work has had varying degrees of acknowledgement and the rate and tenor of implementation is as divergent as each of our six counties. The common denominator has been the purpose. The success comes from each of us working toward this common purpose.  We have come so far since inception and my gut is telling me that the best is yet to come. I am looking forward to working with you all in the future.
Best Regards,
Gina Dickson
