Just a few practical tips as you are packing to head to New York!

Arrival to the IC Retreat Center

LOCATION: 440 West Neck Road, Huntington, NY 11743

Parking: You may enter via the Main Gate to access the Front Door for

check in but then we ask that you move your car to the Visitors lot around the back of the building.

IMPORTANT: If you are arriving AFTER 10:00 p.m. please let us know

so we can make arrangements to leave your room assignment.

Check - in time 4:00 p.m. but you're welcome to arrive early and explore the grounds!

Check - out time 11:00 a.m. but you are welcome to stay and

continue to enjoy the house and grounds.

What to Bring?

Priests: Please remember to bring your alb and stole. Once you arrive we will

direct you to the Vestry where you can hang your vestments for the week.

All Participants: For the purposes of Morning Prayer & Evening Prayer,

please bring your Breviary or download iBreviary

Play ball, hike, or just relax: With over 200 acres of waterfront property, there is plenty to do. We have a softball field (bring your mitts we have the bats), soccer field, horse shoes, corn hole, and for anyone who wants to play football or basketball, we have a full indoor court and workout room! The state park is just a mile down the road as well as the beach. Anyone interested going to the beach, the Village is kindly waiving its fee, just tell them you are a guest of the Seminary.

Weather: Pack layers as the high will be 78 degrees and the low will be 60 degrees.
