NCEC Welcomes New Director

NCEC is excited to welcome our new Executive Director, Tonya Hunskor.

Tonya started her career in education over 30 years ago as an elementary teacher. She taught for seven years before accepting the challenge of becoming a K12 principal. She served in that role for 21 years earning the honor of Principal of the Year twice. After retiring from K12 education in 2022, she joined the NCEC team as a School Support Specialist and will now lead NCEC as the Executive Director.
