McPhee SPLASH Night
The Lincoln Center attended McPhee Elementary School for their McPhee SPLASH Night! It was a great turn out and we had a blast engaging with parents and students!
UNO Teller Day
Teller day included 80 elementary students from the Omaha area In-School Savings Programs. The event was a celebration to honor the amazing and hard work of these young bankers. Students heard from Dr. Nate Kauffman, Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Omaha Branch.
Erin Redemske of the Fed also did a presentation and demonstration about counterfeit money where students had to put their skills to the test to see if the bill they were given was counterfeit or not. Students also participated in teller races where they had to race to count the money the quickly but with accuracy. Finally, each branch picked a Stellar Teller to recognize during the May 2nd celebration.
