www.whoscounting.us Election Integrity Network - Who's Counting with Cleta Mitchell (whoscounting.us)

a) Every BOE member inspects every container (envelope) to assure there is a witness signature/notary.

b) All BOE members open the containers. Lay ballots flat.

c) Ballots are run through the machine.

d) The number of containers (envelopes) must equal the number of ballots.  (Ask to see the receipt.)

Don't be afraid to ask questions before or after the process.  They need to see us and understand we are watching.  Be nice.

REMEMBER From the Training:  We need to make this a permanent committee along with the others below.  For this primary, we can establish (1) and (2) Poll Observers, employees, and greeters (Recruited & trained at all voting locations.)  After this Primary, we continue to meet and work to establish the other committees.  There will be Zoom and in-person meetings to accomplish this.  Thanks!!

FYI:  You will be given access behind the firewall if you have created an account and we have vetted you.  Please sign up at www.NCEIT.org.  Saturday's Power Points and videos are up there.  Please check back often because more information and videos will be uploaded.  Call Jane if you have questions:  209 986 3845.

This is how we establish a Permanent Infrastructure in every county!

We must establish committees to address each of these 8 components of election integrity.

The NCEIT training day in Asheville on Saturday at the Malvern Hills Presbyterian Church was awesome! The room, food, and most of all, the presentation was par none, excellent.

Participants left with lots of hand-outs, information, and sign-up access to resources on the NCEIT website.

Special shout outs to Mary Ann and Tom Braine for working with Bob Penland to secure the great room we were in at the church. Thank you, Bob! Mary Ann and Tom were also very instrumental in spreading the word in Buncombe.

Our crew made set up on Friday night and take down on Saturday easy. Thank you!  Paul, Barbara, Linda, Beatrice, Tom, Mary Ann, Casey, Leigh, Conrad, and Kathy, Suzanne. Hope I didn't miss anyone!

Of course, our star of the day was Jay Delancey, CEO of Voter Integrity Project.  Outstanding presentation.  So much information!  The instructional videos were a big hit.  They are posted on Member Resources on NCEIT along with the Power Point instruction.  We've been working with Jay for a decade, and he never ceases to amaze.  Thank you, Jay!

We will be scheduling follow up training on the Eight Systems of Election Integrity and subsequent poll observer videos.  Please continue to check the website for updates on the resources and videos.

If you did not come to the training, consider joining our team.  Contact Jane at 209 986 3845 and absolutely create an account on NCEIT.org.

Great day!  Our next in-person training is this Saturday, April 30th in Statesville, NC.  We will take a break for the primary and the summer and resume in-person training the end of August. However, we will be having Zoom meetings.

Tell your friends!  We are getting ready for November and beyond.  Remember, we are building that permanent army of election integrity warriors!  We must never allow 2020 to happen again.

My Best,  Jane
