Rally to Support

Judge Jefferson Griffin

Friday, Feb. 7th at 9:00am

WHAT: Support for Judge Jefferson Griffin

WHEN: Friday, February 7, 2025 at 9 AM

WHERE: Wake County Superior Courthouse, 300 S. Salisbury St. in Raleigh

The NCGOP requests a show of support for Judge Jefferson Griffin as his case will be heard in Wake County Superior Court this Friday, February 7th.

We are well aware of the lies that Democrats spread about our electoral process, a process over which they have total control.

Opponents will continue to lie this Friday in front of local news outlets which are sure to be at the Courthouse filming and interviewing the public.

If you are able to attend the rally for about an hour, please gather outside the courthouse at 9:00 am on Friday. The public part should be over by 10:00am when the hearing begins inside the courthouse.

At the end of this message is a summary of the rationale for Judge Griffin's court case and reasons why we support and defend him, as well as news articles.

Thanks for always stepping up to help our candidates. Please share with your friends.

Kindest regards,

Kay Wildt, President NCFRW

This is the message from the NCGOP:

'Good afternoon, I hope this email finds you well.

We are reaching out today to work on getting some folks to come to Raleigh on Friday morning to support Judge Jefferson Griffin as his election protests move to Wake County Superior Court. As I'm sure you know, there will be significant media attention on this and we want to show that Republicans support him!

If you are able to share this information with your email lists, that would be helpful as we rally for Judge Griffin.

Please let me know if you have any questions!'

Talking Points Regarding Jefferson Griffin's Court Protests

Jefferson Griffin, the Republican candidate for N.C. Supreme Court, has filed protests over 60,000 votes improperly cast for a number of reasons in the 2024 General Election. These protests are available to any candidate following an election to ensure there are no irregularities that could have changed the outcome.

Griffin’s protests fall under broad categories and were initially heard at either the county boards of elections or the State Board of Elections.

In many counties, the protests proved that Felons and Dead Voters had ballots counted in this race. The NCSBE refused to count them on the basis that it didn’t change the winner.

The statewide protests have been filed because the process has been inconsistent. That is the fault of the NCSBE in its administration of elections. These protests present a fundamental question: who decides election laws, the people and their elected representatives or unelected bureaucrats?

While Democrats engage in escalated rhetoric over these protests, the facts have not changed. As far-Left outside groups perform stunts and ignore the rule of law, they cannot argue the merits.

These failures are the fault of the partisan N.C. State Board of Elections.

A member of the Democrat NCSBE majority (Sibohan Millen) is married to a partner of the law firm representing Allison Riggs, a major conflict of interest. She heard these protests anyway.

FACT: The NCSBE has allowed individuals (“Never Residents”) who have never lived in the United States, much less North Carolina, to vote in our state’s elections, which violates the North Carolina Constitution.

Note: These are not UOCAVA Voters, it is Federal Post Card Application (FPCA)

FACT: State law requires a Photo ID to vote. Various county boards have not required overseas absentee voters to provide a Photo ID in order to vote in State races. This is a violation of State law due to the lack of Photo ID being presented and a failure of the NCSBE to provide uniform guidance to these counties.

FACT: Prior to December 2023, North Carolina’s Voter Registration form was in violation of federal and state law by not requiring individuals to provide their Social Security or Driver’s License number when filling out the Voter Registration form. The NC State Board of Elections admitted this pre-December 2023 form was out of compliance with the law. Nearly 225,000 individuals failed to provide this federally required information. The NCSBE acknowledged these issues but refused to address them in violation of state law.

BOTTOM LINE: Democrats want to short circuit the legal process to ensure their preferred candidate wins. Republicans want to follow the law, count Every Legal Vote and remove these ballots. When that happens, Jefferson Griffin will be vindicated and defeat Allison Riggs.
