NCFlex MetLife Dental - How to $ave
Through NCFlex MetLife Dental you can see any licensed dentist for care, however, you can save money when you visit a MetLife Preferred Dental Provider (PDP). Providers in the MetLife PDP network accept negotiated rates that are typically 30% - 45% less than the average charge in the same community.

This flyer provides information to help you understand the savings. Also, to compare costs of in-network vs. out-of-network dentists, use this Fee Lookup Tool and lookup common charges by zip code.

To find a dentist or register online and view claim details, go to metlife.com/mybenefits  (enter NCFlex as the company name) and enter your zip code. You can also call 1-855-676-9441 to request a provider list. Visit the dental section of  ncflex.org  to view certificates, claim forms and more.
