An Important Message for NCFlex Participants
February 2022
Easily Access your Dental, Vision, and FSA Account
Directly link to your P&A Flexible Spending Account, MetLife Dental, or EyeMed Vision Care through your enrollment portal. These Single Sign On links can be useful when trying to view claims, account balances and view or order benefit cards.

First, visit https://www.shpnc.org/ebenefits and choose the employer link best for you, then log in. You'll see links to your NCFlex accounts under "Quick Links" to the left. Simply click on the link for the account you want to see, and if you are enrolled in one of these benefits, you will be automatically connected to your account without having to login.

By monitoring your accounts, you can better understand the available balance and benefits you have for the 2022 plan year.

As a reminder, all three of these benefits also have mobile apps for anytime, anywhere.

Enroll in E-Statements with SECU
Make the switch to go paperless and view your State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) account statements online with E-Statements.¹ It’s easy to sign up and can reduce the risk of identity theft from lost or stolen mail. E-statements also help save the environment by reducing the amount of paper, ink, and other resources used to print paper statements. Quicker access to your statements and the option to download them for safekeeping are other great benefits. To learn more, including how to enroll, visit www.ncsecu.org today!
¹To sign up for E-Statements, you must consent to the terms of SECU’s E-Sign Agreement prior to your enrollment in Member Access.
