Voya Travel Assistance - Free Benefit with NCFlex AD&D

As a reminder, if you are enrolled in the Core or Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit through NCFlex, you also have a travel assistance benefit available at no cost. This benefit offers you Pre-trip information, Emergency personal services, and Emergency transportation services when traveling more than 100 miles away from home.

This flyer offers you more information about this benefit as well as a section you can cut out and keep with you while you travel, in case of an emergency.
Updating Your Mailing Address

Please be sure to keep your address up to date in your HR/Payroll system. For BEACON employees, please remember that if you have a mailing address listed in ESS, this overrides your permanent address. Therefore, if your permanent is the same as your mailing, consider only keeping your permanent address active.

NCFlex vendors rely on these addresses to contact those of you who participate in their plans when needed about claims, updates, and more.

Not sure how to update your address? Reach our to your HR department.
