2019 Health Care FSA Deadline Approaching

Don't forget, you have until  December 31, 2019  to use the funds in your 2019 Health Care Flexible Spending Account through P&A. If you have a balance of at least $25, you can  rollover up to $500   of that unused money into 2020. Anything over $500 will be lost if not used by the end of this year.

Check your account balance, file a claim, or order a replacement convenience card by visiting  ncflex.padmin.com . You can also log into  eBenefits   to  Single Sign On   directly into your P&A account.

For claim forms, instructions on how to upload a claim and a sample list of eligible expenses, visit the  FSA section   of  www.ncflex.org . Still need ideas on how to spend your available funds? Visit www.fsastore.com   where you can use your convenience card and have FSA eligible items shipped directly to your home.
Accident Plan - Claims

The NCFlex Accident Plan pays out a benefit directly to a participant of the plan if he or she has a covered accident and seeks medical attention. You can file a claim on this plan by using the claim form found on the Accident page of ncflex.org . This claim form can be uploaded online, mailed or faxed.

Recently Voya received several claims that were submitted without supporting documentation. Please remember when submitting claims to attach proof of injury such as emergency records, itemized bills or office notes or to avoid a delay in processing your claim.
