Viking Updates and Opportunities

Join the Nolan Art Club

The Nolan Art Club has been busy this semester bringing creativity to life! Students have already created paintings, friendship bracelets, suncatchers, and fall tote bags—with plenty of exciting projects still ahead.

All students are invited to join the fun on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the art studio. We provide the supplies, snacks, and a welcoming space for fellowship and creativity.

Membership dues are $15 for the school year, and we are grateful for parent support through snack donations.

Come create, connect, and be part of the Nolan Art Club community!

Help Us Spread the Word!

Our Open House is coming up on Wednesday, October 8, and we’d love your help inviting future Viking families. Please share the Open House flier with families in your parish, friends, co-workers, relatives, or parents from your child’s former K-8 school.

We’ve made it easy, just click to download and share the flier so others can learn more about Nolan Catholic! Together, we can welcome more families to experience the Viking spirit.

Faith and Fellowship

Our Lady of Victory Feast Day – Tuesday, Oct. 7

Join us as we honor our Patron Saint, Our Lady of Victory, on her feast day, Tuesday, October 7.

At 9:20 a.m., our entire school community will gather for an all-school Rosary, and we warmly welcome all parents to join us in prayer. Together, we will celebrate Our Lady’s intercession and protection over our community.

Throughout the day, students will learn about the historic Battle of Lepanto, reflect on the power of the Rosary, and share in the joy of this feast with a special ice cream treat during lunch.

Let us come together in faith and gratitude as we celebrate Our Lady of Victory, guiding us always to Christ.

Next Black Coffee Brotherhood: Friday, October 17 at 6:00 a.m.

Join us for our next Black Coffee Brotherhood gathering, a time set aside for Adoration & Scripture with fellow fathers. This is an opportunity to strengthen your faith, grow in prayer, and build community through fellowship. All dads are welcome—come be refreshed and encouraged!

Friday Parent Rosary at the OLV Statue (Every Friday)

All parents are welcome! Join us every Friday at 7:55 a.m. to pray the Rosary with fellow parents at the Our Lady of Victory statue in the circle.

Keep the Chapel Filled with Prayer; Adoration Every Friday

Each Friday, Nolan Catholic offers Adoration for students and families. We need parent volunteers to spend time in the chapel so Jesus in the Eucharist is never left alone.

Please sign up for one or more hour slots. Check in at the front office for a badge before entering the chapel. All volunteers must be VIRTUS trained.

A special thank-you goes to our faculty and staff, with an incredible 64% participation rate so far. Your generosity and commitment to our mission are inspiring!

With the momentum already building, there is no doubt we will reach our goal by December 31. Thank you to everyone who has given—we are truly grateful for your support of our students and community.
