NCPMA's New Board Installed During 2023 Mid-Atlantic

We had a great time in Savannah, GA for our 2023 Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic Summer Conference!

Highlights of the event included great speakers, our cornhole tournament and welcoming our new slate of board members for 2023-2024.

The new officers of the board of directors for 2023-2024 include:

President: Dylan Morrison, City Wide Exterminating (Locust)
Vice President: Mike Fillion, NC Pest Control (Fuquay-Varina)
Secretary/Treasurer: Allen Langley, H&H Pest Control and Water Proofing (Shelby)
Past President: Marie Horner, Arrow Exterminators (Greensboro)

“For more than 70 years, this association has been the heart of the pest management industry in North Carolina, and I’m humbled to be a part of its leadership. I look forward to working with this impressive board of directors to maintain NCPMA’s status as an industry leader among state associations while upholding the tradition of inspiring, growing and uniting our members,” said Dylan Morrison, 2023-2024 NCPMA President.

The officers and board members will serve a one-year term ending July 2024. Each of the executive officers has served previous terms on the board of directors and has been active in board committees.

NCPMA has been a big part of my life since I joined in 2014.

When I first began working in pest management in high school, I never imagined that the pest management industry would become such a big part of my career and my life. I’m humbled to now be one of the leaders of this association and to continue the 70+ year tradition it carries.

I am looking forward to working closely with the NCPMA board of directors over this next year as we work for the benefit of our members and our industry.

Our goals for the coming year include ways to improve our membership experience and to expand our reach to better serve every person in our industry.

Continuing the Legacy: Maintaining NCPMA’s status as an industry leader among state associations by upholding the tradition of inspiring, growing and uniting our members.
Broadening Inclusion: Working towards inclusivity by welcoming a diverse range of industry leaders to join NCPMA and its Board of Directors to ensure a broader representation and a sustainable future for the association.
Long-term Success: Fostering a succession plan by nurturing emerging leaders within NCPMA and equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to carry forward the association's mission for years to come.
Enhancing Communication Channels: Improving communication channels within NCPMA, including leveraging digital platforms, to ensure efficient information sharing, member engagement, and transparency.

This is an exciting time for NCPMA! I’m thrilled to be a part of it and excited to work with the incredible members of our board of directors.
