The Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic Summer Conference Heads to Savannah!

Early Bird Registration Ends June 18

Registration is now open for the 2025 Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic Summer Conference in historic Savannah, GA.

Join us July 31-August 2 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa for great sessions, networking and fun with your North Carolina pest management family.

Hotel Update

Rooms at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa have filled for some days of the conference, but space remains open at nearby hotels.

The Early Bird Rate ends June 18!

Applications for the NCPMA Education Foundation Past Presidents' Scholarship will be accepted through June 15! 

These scholarships are designed for students enrolling or currently enrolled in post-high-school programs at technical schools, colleges or universities. Winners of these scholarships must be owners or employees of NCPMA member companies or family members (spouses, children or grandchildren) of NCPMA member companies that have been in good standing with the organization for the past two years. 

An applicant’s spouse, parents or grandparents must fulfill a two-year minimum requirement of working in the pest management industry. If this obligation is not fulfilled, the money is subject to full repayment.

The NC & SC Professional Women in Pest Management Chapters will be hosting a karaoke fundraiser for the Safe House Project organization at the upcoming Carolinas/Mid-Atlantic Conference in Savannah, GA.

"Melodies that Matter" will take place on Friday, Aug. 1 at 9 p.m. at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa.

It's time to renew your NCPMA membership! We love our members and want to make sure you remain a part of the NCPMA family!

Renewal requests were sent via email, so make sure you check your inboxes and spam folders to ensure you don't miss it.

NCPMA's website has some great resources for our members and is a great way to register for our events.

Update your member listing

Your company must be active in our membership database and have a unique email address on file for you to register yourself or employees for events as a member and pay the member rate.

Click here:  NCPMA Website. Remember the Company profile and Key Contact cannot have the same email address listed.

Update Your Employees

If you are the Primary Contact for your company, you can update and manage which employees are registered with NCPMA. While each of our members can update his or her personal contact information, only the Primary Contact for each company can update employee information. Please update License Type and Number for each employee. If an individual holds a license in more than one state, please add that information as well. If the state is not listed as an option please notify info@ncpestmanagement.org. This is critical for continuing education reporting.  

We hope this helps streamline the membership renewal process and event registration process.

We are proud to be joint members with the National Pest Management Association. Your login for the NPMA website event registration is different from your NCPMA website login. You will need a different login and password for NCPMA's website.
