SPOTLIGHT: Alcohol Awareness Month
April is Alcohol Awareness Month. High-risk drinking can be a big issue for young adults in college. In fact, a National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism report found that almost 2 out of 3 college students who reported drinking in the past month also reported binge drinking during that time. This month is focused on increasing awareness around alcohol use and alcoholism and shedding light on its causes, impacts, and treatments. Below are resources and information about how to get involved and learn more.
