NCSSM-Morganton Update
Greetings!

The sun came up today on another beautiful day in western North Carolina, and I'm excited to report continuing progress on the NCSSM-Morganton project. We remain on schedule with our construction efforts as the Residence Hall and Academic Commons are nearly dried-in, and work has commenced on Goodwin Hall. You can also see a new perspective of the campus coming into view from the nearly-completed south entry road and connector to WPCC.

Perhaps the most exciting announcement this month is that we finally have the green light to begin advertising new full-time faculty and staff opportunities at the Morganton campus! You will see more information below and we will continue to amplify these opportunities to join the team through our social channels and strategic advertising locally and beyond. I hope you will give strong consideration to sharing these opportunities within your network as it is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help bring this new school to life.

As we turn the calendar to October, I look forward to sharing the next episode of The Road to Morganton later in the month and we will follow that with our monthlong celebration of all those who continue to make contributions of all sizes to our new campus. Remember that you can reinvest or make your first gift at any time by contacting our team or using the online giving portal. We sincerely appreciate your support!

Stay well, stay safe, and stay in touch!

Best wishes,

Kevin Baxter
