Tackling the Housing Affordability Crisis
The lack of housing opportunities have reached crisis level in Washington State. This issue affects us all, creating a burden on home owners, renters, employers and on. Washington REALTORS® is pleased to announce a coalition comprised of non-profits and for profits called "Unlock the Door for Affordable Homeownership". Together, we're working with our elected officials on legislation surrounding condo liability, build-able lands, zoning requirements and more.

EDUCATION
Join us for a special 7.5 CE course on Statewide Forms with Annie Fitzsimmons! Only $70 a person, with lunch included, mark your calendars for Thursday, May 2nd, 8:30am-5:00pm at the LocalTel Events Center in Pybus Market! Real estate brokers and REALTORS® are held to the same standard of care as a lawyer when selecting and using real estate forms. Failing to use an available form, when it should have been used, can have the devastating consequences. And, to up the ante, there are hundreds of real estate forms at your disposal and your ability to navigate through these is crucial. This class will teach use of the basic statewide forms.
REGISTRATION CLOSING THIS FRIDAY, APRIL 26TH

We are currently seeking sponsors for the Statewide Forms Course! If you are interested in a sponsorship opportunity, CLICK HERE to view the form for more information!
