Congratulations to our LADD Partners!
On June 6-7 the NCWWI  Leadership Academy for Deans and Directors (LADD) held their final in-person meeting. Over the last four years, LADD partners in 12 jurisdictions advanced transformational change initiatives  related to university-agency partnerships and enhanced workforce outcomes. These initiatives covered a range of topics, including: l eadership enhancements that address workforce needs, service improvements, and organizational capacity-building to improve recruitment, selection, and retention of professionally prepared staff.

Stay tuned to future eUpdates to hear about these partnerships' successes and lessons learned.
