Perimenopause & Menopause

Inevitable starting as early as your mid-30s, few women are prepared for the transition into perimenopause and menopause.

My gynecologist once said to me how she finds it ironic that as a society we excuse the moods and behaviors of teens, chalking it up to "puberty & hormones", but, when it comes to women going through perimenopause and menopause, there seems to be far less understanding and leeway.

Understand the changes occurring in your body during these transition years, and learn how you can optimally support your body and mind for a graceful transition. Remember, you don't have to suffer.
