Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations for this event are not allowed online or by phone. Cancellations must be submitted to Darlene Pullen no later than 7 calendar days prior to event for a refund. A processing fee of 25% of the registration cost with a minimum fee of $10 will be applied to the refund. To cancel your registration, forward your event confirmation email along with your request to cancel to darlene.pullen@ndmdec.com. No refunds for online courses, nonattendance, or cancellations submitted one to six days prior to the event.  Registrations are transferable. Participants will receive a full refund for events cancelled by South East Educational Cooperative.
