New Dimensions Federal Credit Union wants to help you navigate the Equifax breach. Though this breach was not related in any way to your credit union, our commitment is to help our members. We’ve compiled a summary for you, which includes links and resources to help you learn more. We encourage you to take action to protect your identity and information.

Freezing Your Credit Report at Each Credit Bureau

At NDFCU we are working to get resources and information that is constructed in a way that is designed to walk you through some of the processes we know may be tedious and foreign to you. After all, how many of us have been through a breach like this one before? Below are the steps you may want to consider in the near future that will further protect your personal information. 

Annual Error Resolution Notice

It is our duty to inform our members of the process in which the credit union uses when there is an error or questions regarding your Electronic Transfers.

In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Electronic Transfers, Telephone us at 800-326-6190, Write us at 61 Grove Street, Waterville, ME 04901, or email us at info@newdimensionsfcu.com, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.
