Bi-Annual Equipment Testing
A lot of you see us every six months messing with all of your equipment in the Load Outs and Truck Labs, but probably don't know all that goes into it! Every 6 months, NDGI checks all of the official equipment and then some.

Scales are checked with certified weights and verified that they are accurate up to the hundredth for some. Test weight kettle volume checks are done through measuring water volume. Protein machines are ran with new reference samples, that will be ran each day a wheat sample is ran. Moisture and Dockage machines are tested with specific samples with set results given to NDGI by FGIS. We make sure sieves are not bowed more than 3/16". This is the short list of what is done!

This is why you can sleep sound knowing that an official agency is doing everything they can to make sure your results are as accurate as possible.

We are wrapping up this round of checktesting this week, but we will see you again in 6 months if you have an on-site or DT!
