The FCBA’s annual meeting, on December 3, was held via Zoom. FCBA President Kim Zimmer praised the FCBA’s adjustment to pandemic conditions in 2020, particularly the popularity of its online CLEs, which have grown in both offerings and number of attendees.

This column reviews some of the modifications made to the Northern District of New York Local Rules of Practice that became effective January 1, 2021. The Local Rules Committee carefully reviewed all of the comments and suggestions from the members of the bar and made many stylistic as well as substantive changes.
