On August 12 and 13, The New England Council participated in the 42nd Annual Conference of the New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers (NEC/ECP). The conference was hosted by Vermont Governor Phil Scott at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, VT, and featured discussions on topics of mutual concern to New England and Eastern Canada, including energy storage, electric vehicles, and trade.
