On August 12 and 13, The New England Council participated in the 42nd Annual Conference of the New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers (NEC/ECP). The conference was hosted by Vermont Governor Phil Scott at the Stowe Mountain Lodge in Stowe, VT, and featured discussions on topics of mutual concern to New England and Eastern Canada, including energy storage, electric vehicles, and trade. The NEC Healthcare Committee will meet on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the offices of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in Boston. The Committee will hear from Raymond Hurd, Deputy Consortium Administrator for the

Higher Education Committee Discussion with Sen. Sanders' Staff

On August 15, 2018, the NEC Higher Education Committee hosted a conference call with Donni Turner, Senior Education Policy Advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders, a member of the Senate HELP ommittee.
