Another GREAT Work Day Helps To Get NEECA Ready For The New Season!

Many thanks to the 25 energetic and hardworking volunteers that showed up for our April 8th Work Day to get NEECA looking spiffy for the coming season. Thanks to the great turnout, we got nearly all of our "to do" projects done: the front entrance was cleaned up and fresh mulch was spread, the registration booth received a fresh coat of stain, our small storage shed got reorganized, the Confidence Course was prepped for the year, including the placement of non-skid strips on our teeter-totter bridge.

There would be no NEECA without the support of our membership. And it is so exciting to see both the organization and the park itself expand and improve every year. MANY THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

Finding Your Way Around NEECA

As NEECA continues to grow, and add new amenities to what the park offers, we realized that new visitors might find it a little challenging finding their way around at this point. So we thought this year would be a good time to update our park signage.

When you pull through the front gates, please notice the sign on the left that provides some helpful information regarding park rules. Just as importantly, you will find two brochure racks on the legs of that sign that contain the NEECA Trail Map Brochure, and the Nature at NEECA Brochure. Please feel free to take one of each.

Once inside, look for our new white and blue directional signage that will assist you in finding your way around NEECA once you get here. They will provide guidance to the main arena, warm-up ring, confidence course, driving area, spectator parking, and trailer parking. Our hope is that this information will allow you to enjoy your time at the park even more!

Well, Well, Well.......Finally!

Work has begun on the installation of NEECA's new well! The site was prepared last week, and installation of the well is scheduled to be done this week. We're so excited that this long awaited goal is finally being realized!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO PARK IN THE TRAILER PARKING DRIVEWAY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT NEECA DURING THE "SOGGY" TIME OF YEAR TO AVOID PUTTING RUTS IN THE AREA AROUND THE MAIN ARENA.
