What Service are you Most Proud Of? 
 
One of the questions in our last Annual Survey asked "What program or service does your library offer that you are most proud of?"  200 of you responded, and it's quite a list! 
 
Take a moment to see all the good stuff going on in member libraries every day.  Use the hashtag #neflinproud to tell us more.

Return on Your NEFLIN Investment 
 
At the end of each year NEFLIN provides their member libraries with a personalized Return on Investment report.
 
 
 
The average return for a member library this year was $6,883.
 
This is many times what a library pays in membership dues ($500, $1,000, or $1,500)!   
 
Hats off to our libraries who continue to take advantage of the wide variety of NEFLIN services and have such a good return on their investment!

We are busy making plans for our Fall/Winter
School Libraries
Interest Group meeting!   
 
We hope that you will make your plans to join us on  Saturday, December 7th, from 9:00 - 3:00 at the Ridgeview High School Library in Orange Park.
 
Agenda information will be coming soon, so save the date and Register Now.  This is always a great day of sharing, learning, and fun. There is no cost to attend, and lunch and a light breakfast will be provided.

Calling All Managers 


We have a new hybrid format training series from NEFLIN favorite Andrew Sanderbeck, The Essential Competencies for Middle Managers in Libraries! This series will be great for you if you are currently in a management role or considering a move up. This series will meet one time in person and four times online over the course of six weeks.

The series kicks off with a one hour online session giving an overview of the course and starting participants on their journey with Andrew. The next one is a face-to-face session here at NEFLIN HQ and then the remaining sessions are all online.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to improve leadership skills with one of the best in the business!
