The New Year is a time to reflect on all of the goals set and achieved, as well as those we’ll continue to work on. It’s a time to celebrate the people, places, and things we discovered and the many opportunities to forge friendships and create connections that will help us continue, strengthen, and expand the work we do.
Our goal for 2019 is to continue building a culture of respect, value and service. One of the small ways we will continue this is by making sure each client hears: "Welcome to the Northeast Emergency Food Program! It is our pleasure and honor to serve YOU! Our goal is to provide you with exceptional customer service—from the time you arrive, until you leave our facility. We aim to provide you with food and clothing in a manner that leaves you feeling respected, empowered and valued. If at any time during your visit you do not feel that we are succeeding in this goal, PLEASE, let me know. We are here because of YOU. YOU are our top priority."
