Please note: As of Tuesday, March 17, the Lutheran Center is operating under modified hours. Office Administrator Sony Gilroy (330-929-9022, ext. 21) will be in the synod office on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and Resource Specialist Karen Kaufman (330-929-9020) will be in the Resource Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Essential individual appointments may still be held at the participant's discretion, but ALL group meetings will be held electronically. The pastoral team and support team will be working remotely except for those days and times listed above and you will have electronic access to any pastor or support team member via email and voicemail. All pastoral staff visits to congregations are cancelled until further notice. The pastoral team will also be recording weekly sermons for your use during this time. They will be available on the Northeastern Ohio Synod YouTube channel, NEOSynod. Please refer to our COVID-19: Updates & Resources
for Congregations page on the synod website for helpful information. We will continue to update our website and social media sites as new information becomes available.

Pentecost, Trinity Sunday Worship Options.
The Northeastern Ohio Synod Pastoral Team is pleased and excited to announce that we will provide a complete online worship service (Service of the Word) for Pentecost Sunday, May 31, 2020. This is our way of expressing appreciation for all the hard work the rostered ministers and worship leaders of our congregations have done during this time of pandemic, and a way of giving you the option of a Sunday "off." The service will be available on our YouTube channel:

In addition, Presiding Bishop Elizabeth Eaton will be providing a sermon in video and written format that may be used by congregations in your local online worship or devotional ministry. It is scheduled to be available in time for Trinity Sunday, June 7, 2020. It will be based on texts that make it "transferrable" to other Sundays close to that date if that works better in local planning. This is a way for Bishop Eaton to remind us that "We are Church Together." Watch our Facebook and Twitter pages for when it becomes available.

Temporary Expanded Licensing for Streaming Worship Services.
Augsburg Fortress is extending through July 31, 2020, its temporary permission for worshiping communities to include Augsburg Fortress administered liturgical text and liturgical music copyrights in a livestream or podcast. You have permission to livestream or podcast all liturgy and music content under copyright to or administered by Augsburg Fortress when that content is being used for worship. No reporting is required. The following content is included:
- All liturgical text and liturgical music under copyright to or administered by Augsburg Fortress
- All service music, hymns, and songs under copyright to or administered by Augsburg Fortress
- Augsburg Fortress choral, keyboard, and instrumental music
