NESC Professional Learning
Year in Numbers: 2019-2020
NESC staff continuously reflect upon quantity, quality, and impact of professional learning as we work to support schools' ever-changing needs. During the 2019-20 school year, the NESC facilitated 61 events/series comprised of 234 sessions and 406 hours, serving 3,393 educators in their growth journeys! Our staff assisted and learned along with 782 individual, NESC educators. Wow! Thank you for partnering with us! We look forward to what this new year will bring as we continue to work together!

Check your email 8/13/20 for the Zoom link!
Nearly 800 NESC educators will be engaging in our Regional Fall In-service with Angela Maiers, exploring
A Return to School: A Return to What Matters Most!

Your school has access to Virtual Job Shadow! The NESC holds a license for all middle and high school students and all interested school staff members to engage with this career exploration tool! This can be a great in-person and distance learning support for college and career counseling services.

VJS is now offering free webinars tailored to specific learning communities, in addition to general informational webinars. Each guided tour takes approximately 20 minutes, and is a great first step to learn how this resource can empower your school.

For more information regarding your school's VJS access, contact Erin.Lacina@nescnd.org.
