Don’t you hate it when something you use every day breaks? It’s always a question of “do we fix it?” or “do we get another one?” I grew up with a father who was an engineer and could fix anything (including the lawnmower that caught on fire that he wasn’t ready to give up on!). So, in my household, we’re a fix-it family. Often, that requires diagnosing what the problem is in order to make it work again.
How do you address problems in your fleet and “fix them in order to make them work again”? Are you diagnosing the issues and finding the root cause to problems? Or are you “throwing the lawnmower out because you figure it’s damaged beyond repair” and just ignoring the issues?

NSC Estimates 599 Lives May Be Lost in Preventable Traffic Crashes Over July 4 Weekend |
According to analysis by the National Safety Council, 599 lives are estimated to be lost in preventable traffic crashes over Independence Day weekend.
