Cross strives to treat all of our customers equally. Customers are offered the same pricing for the same products, identical priorities are provided through the factory, and NET 30 payment terms are offered to any US customer that applies for credit and is approved. All non-US customers are required to execute a EUC (End User Certificate) and to pre-pay (25% downpayment with the PO and the 75% balance, due prior to the product shipment). From time to time there may be special circumstances requiring terms to be contractually flowed down by a customer. In these cases Cross will most often direct these customers to one of our approved third party resellers that may be able to assist with these special conditions. Cross products are priced based on our material costs and are not value priced, based on what we believe the market or potential customer may bare. Our goal at Cross is to treat our customers just like we would want to be treated.
