Dr. Marlene Sotelo is the executive director of Els for Autism Foundation. She has been working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder for more than 25 years. Prior to joining the foundation, Dr. Sotelo worked for the University of Miami-Nova Southeastern University Center for Autism and Related Disabilities.
