It was a pleasure re-engaging with LA County Assessor Jeffery Prang yesterday during our BIA Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter "BIA Talks" series. Our members and the Assessor are happy to continue our fruitful partnership of eliminating barriers to bring much-needed housing to Los Angeles County. 
Draft Wildfire Protection Ordinance Meeting

A special thank you to Thuy Ha and Cameron Robertson with the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Department for presenting the Draft Wildfire Protection Ordinance to BIA-LAV’s LA County Committee. Thank you for requesting a continuance of this item at the next Planning Commission meeting to allow more time for us to work together to improve the ordinance.
