Welcome To Your New Portal
I'm excited to introduce you to your new customer portal. This secure, on-line platform makes billing submission and tracking easy.
Please plan to transition to submitting your billing through the customer portal by July 24th, 2020, as we will no longer be supporting your current billing site.
Once registered, customers can login to the customer portal and submit their billing. Once a submission is made, our team receives notification, so we can begin processing your billing.
Coming this Fall, customers will be able to track their billing as our team processes the submission. Watch as your submissions become billing claims until it is uploaded and submitted to DODD for payment. Automatic email notifications will also be available.
