DIAMOND SILVER LEADER
Danielle Garee
DREAMS REALIZED
She’s one of the original RBP reps and, this month, Danielle Garee has become one of our first Diamond Silver Leaders. It’s the second career she dreamt of while stuck in a corporate job. “After college, I worked as a paralegal and medical coder in the compliance department at a hospital. Ten years in, I was unhappy and pregnant with our third child. I longed to work from home but didn’t know where to start.”
Danielle happened upon RBP on Facebook. “I remember watching Lillian and Bella, thinking I’d never seen anything like it. They made it look so easy and fun, I knew I could run with it.” She did just that. Danielle’s business took off quickly and she soon resigned from her job and went all in. “I prayed and took the leap of faith, telling myself that this is my one shot, no looking back. Failure was not an option.”
Despite not having any direct sales experience, Danielle persistently built her business from the ground up. “I’ll never forget my first live––I didn’t realize we could turn off inventory, so customers kept ordering and ordering. I partied until 4 in the morning and sold out! My husband and I still laugh about it.” Sponsoring happened just as quickly. “I started building my team right away. People shared my excitement for our exciting reveals and wanted to join my team.” It’s a momentum that’s continued every day since. Today, Danielle leads a $2.3 million team of 2,500 reps. “Our August goal is to be a $3 million team. I know we can do it!”
Such incredible growth challenged Danielle to transition her focus from top seller to top leader. “I still party but my heart is now in mentoring others to rise to Diamond. I’m proof that, no matter where you come from, you can do it with a little belief in yourself. As cliché as it sounds, dream do come true with this business. I wouldn’t be a Diamond today if it weren’t for my incredible team and the support of my fellow RBP leaders.”
Danielle also lives by the mantra that success comes from helping others succeed. “I get up every morning excited to serve others and live RBP out loud. I see lives changing daily. No matter where my team is in this journey, I want to inspire them. They know I have their best interests at heart.” It’s a positivity she takes to social media, too. Danielle posts daily inspirations. “I never stop talking up RBP! The more passionate you are about your business, the more natural recruiting will be. Selling and recruiting go hand-in-hand, too. When you have a blast partying, you inspire others to join you.”
Keeping her finger on the pulse is another discipline. “I continually research the field, new marketing ideas, Facebook data, direct sales statistics, literally anything I can learn to stay ahead of this industry.” Staying visible is critical to success, too. Danielle posts on her team page daily, as well as leads “Tuesday Talks” and weekly team trainings. “There’s always something to learn and I share everything. Coaching is about openness, honesty and fun!”
Transparency is key. “I run team reports every day to stay on top of statistics at all levels. I also meet with my leaders regularly, to ensure they feel confident leading, recruiting and ranking up. I keep their eyes on the big picture. From Day One, I’ve told my team that we’re in this together––we’re a family.”
This family mindset starts in her own home. Danielle’s success recently allowed her husband to retire from his commission-based job to work alongside her, and their three children are even involved. “We’re all Ring Bombers. My husband handles the behind the scenes business matters, so I can focus on my team and live shows. Our kids help package and ship orders. Now more than ever, we feel lucky to be financially stable and safe working from home.” Speaking of home, the Garees also just moved into their dream house. “This business has changed our lives in so many ways. It’s truly our biggest blessing.”
