The Capital Adult Education Regional Consortium (CAERC) is hiring for their Coordinator position. Under general direction, the coordinator manages regional strategies and objectives for the benefit of adult education programs in the geographical region; establishes, delivers, and manages professional development efforts; coordinates consortium-level data collection, analysis, and reporting, learner assessment, curriculum alignment, and pathway development priorities on behalf of members and partners; performs related duties as assigned. Reminder: Submit a Model Program for Recognition at the CAEP Summit 2021

In June, CAEP TAP introduced the new Advancing CA Adult Education website. The Advancing CA Adult Education website showcases model programs, serves as a one-stop repository of adult education-specific research and associated practices, connects peer experts aligned to the CAEP state priorities, and includes a model program nomination process. Review the final launch series video for an overview of the entire Advancing CA Adult Education website.
Don’t forget…CAEP TAP is still accepting Model Programs nominations. If you are looking for an opportunity to showcase your program – this is for you! Model programs are reviewed and added to the repository via a nomination process and are awarded annually at the CAEP Summit, including a professional highlight video. The deadline to submit is August 6, 2021.

CAEP Program Area Report Results for 2019-20

The State CAEP Office again contracted with Workforce Enterprise Services, Inc. (WES) to analyze the results of the 2019-2020 Hours and Expenditures report submission. This webinar will review the results of our analysis, and will provide an opportunity for CAEP providers to ask questions about the results and recommended changes to reporting requirements. Tim Harmon, President of WES, will lead this discussion.
