We know you're cooped up - it seems like everything is closed or canceled, and you're at home - so what now? Your friends at Cornelius PARC are on a mission to bring you ways to keep busy, stay engaged, decompress, and maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit.

The Online Physical Education Network (OPEN) is the nation's largest public service organization serving physical educators, coaches, and activity leaders. Right now they are offering free physical education curriculum for use during the extended school closings. Visit OPENPhysEd.org to access these digital resources.

Wish you could fly above it all? How about this idea instead: you can tune into the Carolina Raptor Center's Facebook page for Avian Home Adventure. They will go live at 11 a.m. each day with a new bird and/or topic. If you like their Facebook page, it will alert you when we they are going live.

If you're stuck inside and need a different view, check out LNWC's live "osprey cam" . Reuben and Cherise have returned to Lake Norman, and there's already a lot of action as they are tending to their nest and getting it ready for the season. Last year this feed had close to 3 million views.
