The cottages at Promenade Trails are nearly complete! Here are the latest updates:

• The courtyard 1st floor apartment balcony railings have been delivered and are ready to be installed.
• The lobbies, pub, fitness center, and pet spa are being prepped for drywall.
• Doors for common areas have been delivered and installed in some areas of the building.
• Luxury vinyl flooring continues to installed.
• Landscaping for the courtyard has started to be installed.
